At R P Mission School, we believe that discipline, responsibility, and mutual respect are the foundations of academic excellence and character development. These student guidelines are designed to help learners grow into confident, responsible, and ethical individuals while maintaining a safe and positive learning environment.

1. General Conduct & Discipline

Students must maintain discipline and behave respectfully with teachers, staff, and peers.
Use of abusive language, bullying, or physical aggression is strictly prohibited.
Students should follow instructions given by teachers and school authorities at all times.
School property must be respected; damage to property will attract strict disciplinary action.
Students are expected to uphold the values and reputation of the school inside and outside campus.

2. Attendance & Punctuality

Regular attendance is mandatory for all students.
Students must arrive at school before the morning assembly.
Late arrivals without valid reasons may not be permitted to attend class.
Minimum 75% attendance is required to appear in examinations.
Absence due to illness must be supported by a medical certificate.

3. School Uniform & Appearance

Wearing the prescribed school uniform is compulsory on all working days.
Uniform must be clean, neat, and properly worn.
Students should maintain personal hygiene at all times.
Fancy hairstyles, jewelry, nail polish, and makeup are not permitted.
Sports uniform must be worn on designated sports days.

4. Academic Responsibilities

Students must complete homework, assignments, and projects on time.
Bringing required books and materials to school daily is compulsory.
Academic honesty must be maintained; cheating or plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
Students are encouraged to ask questions and participate actively in class.
Use of unfair means during assessments will lead to strict disciplinary action.

5. Examination Rules

Students must follow the examination schedule and seating arrangements.
Electronic devices such as mobile phones and smartwatches are strictly prohibited.
Students must carry their admit cards and required stationery.
Any form of misconduct during examinations may result in cancellation of the paper.
Re-examination is not allowed except in exceptional circumstances approved by the school.

6. Safety, Security & Health

Students must follow all safety instructions issued by the school.
Running, pushing, or unsafe behavior within school premises is prohibited.
Students should immediately report any unsafe situation to teachers or staff.
Bringing sharp objects, harmful substances, or firecrackers is strictly forbidden.
Medical emergencies must be reported to the class teacher or school office immediately.

7. Use of Technology & Digital Etiquette

Mobile phones are not allowed unless specifically permitted by the school.
School IT resources must be used only for educational purposes.
Cyberbullying, misuse of social media, or sharing inappropriate content is prohibited.
Students must respect online privacy and digital safety rules.

8. School Transport Guidelines

Students using school transport must follow bus rules and instructions of the staff.
Discipline must be maintained inside the bus at all times.
Students should arrive at the bus stop on time.
Any damage to the bus property will be recovered from the student.

9. Disciplinary Action

Violation of school rules may lead to warning, fine, suspension, or expulsion.
Serious misconduct will be addressed by the disciplinary committee.
Parents will be informed in case of repeated or serious violations.
The school reserves the right to take final disciplinary decisions.

10. Parent & Student Cooperation

Parents are expected to support school rules and discipline.
Regular communication between parents and teachers is encouraged.
Students should convey school notices and circulars to parents.
