The examination system at R P Mission School is designed to evaluate students’ academic progress, conceptual understanding, and overall development. The exam schedule is shared well in advance to help students and parents plan preparation effectively.

Half-Yearly Examination: Mid-session comprehensive assessment
Annual Examination: End-of-session final evaluation
Pre-Board Examination: For Classes X & XII (Board preparation)
Practical Exams: As per CBSE / subject requirements

Exam Day Timings

Students must report to school at least 30 minutes before the exam time.
Morning exams generally start at 8:00 AM.
Duration of exams varies by class and subject.
Late entry after the exam has started is not permitted.

Examination Rules & Instructions

Students must bring their admit card / school ID on exam days.
Only required stationery is allowed inside the examination hall.
Mobile phones, smartwatches, and electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited.
Unfair means or misconduct will lead to strict disciplinary action.
Students must follow seating arrangements and invigilator instructions.

Practical Exams & Project Work

Practical examinations will be conducted as per subject requirements.
Project work must be submitted within the prescribed deadlines.
Internal assessment marks will be added to final results.
Attendance in practical exams is mandatory.

Result Declaration

Results are declared within 15–20 days after examinations.
Parents are encouraged to attend parent-teacher meetings for result discussion.
Re-evaluation requests must be submitted within the notified timeframe.
Report cards must be preserved carefully for future reference.

Exam schedules may be modified due to unavoidable circumstances.
Parents are requested to avoid planning leave during exam periods.
Students absent without valid reasons may not be eligible for re-test.
